Refund & Exchange Policy
Online Orders – Physical Products (Shipped Items)
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Process: Please contact us at CONTACTFORM to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide return instructions.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
In-Store Purchases
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible in-store purchases:
Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or store credit may be offered if preferred.
Exchanges: Exchanges for other items are allowed within the 7-day window, pending availability.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products (downloads, templates, e-guides, etc.) are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for digital purchases.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at CONTACTFORM , and we will be happy to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt at CONTACTFORM with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
